Yes. Every session: group, private, or reformer follows a pelvic-floor-safe structure built around breath, pressure management, and joint-friendly movement.

How do I book Pilates classes in Québec City?

Alexandra offert classes in person in the extended area of Quebec city (Beauport, Saint Foy, Lac Beauport).
Time and location are discussed before end the phone. Class can be paid in person or prepaid online.
Do you provide insurance receipts?
Yes.
Private sessions, reformer classes, and certain programs include insurance receipt, depending on the service.
Theyâre emailed automatically after your session.
How long will it take to feel results?
Most women feel more stability and less tension within 2â3 weeks.
Stronger core activation, reduced leaks, easier breathing, and steadier posture usually appear between 6â8 weeks when practicing consistently even 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week.
