Live pelvic-floor-safe Pilates, from your living room
LOVJOY's online Pelvic Floor Pilates is a live, coached program for women who want a stronger core and pelvic floor without leaving home. Every class is taught live on Zoom by Alexandra — a certified Mat and Reformer instructor (Body Control Pilates UK, Balanced Body) and registered naturotherapist (ANQ) — so you get real-time cueing, not a one-way video.
Who this is for
- Women who leak when they sneeze, run or jump and want a proven path back to control
- Postpartum moms rebuilding deep core connection — months or years after birth
- Women with diastasis recti or a feeling of core weakness after pregnancy
- Busy women who need 30 minutes that actually fit their schedule
What to expect
- 30-minute live Zoom classes with a small group of women
- Breath, alignment and pelvic-floor-aware movement — no crunches, no jumping, no pressure on your pelvic floor
- Modifications in real time for prolapse, diastasis, pain or C-section recovery
- Replays so you never miss a session
- Insurance receipts for private sessions (many insurers cover naturotherapy in Québec)
Realistic timeline
Most women feel the difference in breathing and body awareness within the first two weeks. With 2–3 sessions a week, expect noticeable improvements in core connection, posture and confidence within 6–8 weeks. Pilates complements — never replaces — pelvic floor physiotherapy; many clients do both.
Questions women ask before starting
Is this safe with prolapse or diastasis? Yes — classes are designed pelvic-floor-first, and Alexandra adapts every exercise to your symptoms.
I'm not postpartum, is this for me? Yes — pelvic floor strength matters through perimenopause and beyond, and the classes meet you where you are.
What equipment do I need? A mat and a small ball or cushion. Nothing expensive.
