If you’re short on time, 30-minute sessions give you focused, precise work: posture, back or neck pain, stiff hips, or simple “my body feels stuck.” We build around your day and your energy so you can get it done, not feel guilty about skipping again.
When you want deeper support, 60-minute sessions give us space to slow down, ask questions, and work through leaks, pelvic floor worries, postpartum changes, stress, and old injuries. I plan the session, watch your form on Zoom, and adjust you in real time so you feel the work in the right places.
These sessions are for busy women who want calm, clear guidance, not bootcamp energy: entrepreneurs, professionals, and postpartum moms who need gentle, intelligent strength work from home.
