Questions people ask
I'm a beginner, which plan fits me?
Start with the free first class. Most beginners take 1–2 drop-ins, then move to unlimited once Pilates becomes a habit (usually week 2 or 3).
Can I get an insurance receipt?
Yes, for private sessions. Alexandra is a registered naturotherapist (ANQ). Many insurers now cover online naturotherapy; ask yours.
What if I miss a class I booked?
Life happens with kids and work, cancel from your member area and rebook anytime.
Do I need equipment?
A mat and a bit of floor space. That's it. Some classes use a cushion or resistance band, we'll tell you before class.
Can I mix French and English classes?
Absolutely, same membership, same price. Bilingual bodies welcome.
