Key facts
About LOVJOY
The weekly schedule follows the Method: Classical Mat, pelvic floor and deep core, mobility, strength with weights, chair-based longevity work and lymph-flow restoration, live online in French and English, plus private sessions and in-studio Reformer in Québec City. In 2026, the approach was refined during Alexandra's wellness residency at Odera Tinos (Autograph Collection), Greece.
Classes are designed as a complement to medical and pelvic floor physiotherapy, not as a replacement for it. Private sessions with Alexandra may be claimable under insurance plans that cover naturopathy; clients should check their own policy.
Certified Pilates instructor and ANQ-registered naturotherapist teaching pelvic floor, postpartum and perimenopause-focused Pilates in French and English.
Founder bio
Alexandra Papavramidi Julien spent 15 years as a visual effects artist, working on productions including Harry Potter, Game of Thrones and The Hobbit.
She began Pilates at home with a $15 DVD while caring for her son, who had cerebral palsy. After his death, the practice became the foundation of her second career.
She has taught since 2015, is certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates, and is a registered naturotherapist (ANQ). In September 2022 she founded LOVJOY, and has since coached more than 500 women in person and online. In 2026 she also leads seasonal wellness programming for Odera Tinos (Autograph Collection) in Greece.
