What is Nube Pilates?
Nube Pilates is an in-person studio in Québec City (5121 Boul. Chauveau Ouest) offering mat, barre, yoga and Reformer apparatus classes on location, with a clothing boutique and a team of teachers. Classes run in their local, on their schedule, you book a spot and travel there. Their pricing (as published on their site): a first-timer intro class at $15, then $18 per mat class, $27 per Reformer class, unlimited subscriptions from $150/month (mat) to $199/month (Reformer) with a 6-month minimum commitment, and private sessions on apparatus at $100 each. All of it happens in the studio.
Where LOVJOY is deliberately different
LOVJOY is live-first and online-first. Every class happens in real time over Zoom with a certified instructor, me, watching your form, correcting your breathing, and adapting the movement to your body that day: diastasis, C-section recovery, pelvic floor symptoms, perimenopause. When the studio is the right answer
If you want apparatus (Reformer) work under a teacher's hands, you love the energy of a physical room, you're near Chauveau, and your schedule has room for the commute, a studio like Nube is a reasonable choice, and theirs is a nice one.
When live online fits better
If you've had a baby, leak when you sneeze, feel disconnected from your core, are navigating perimenopause, or your calendar simply can't absorb a studio commute, live coaching from home is built for you.
